And the blogging begins! To be honest, I never thought I would EVER be a blogger. I figured, what would I have to write about that other people would actually care about reading? Now that I’ve started The Celebration Studio, however, I thought I’d give the blogosphere a whirl and write about the one thing I can’t get enough of… planning weddings and events!

When planning an event, I can easily spend hours looking through websites, blogs, pictures, magazines and books for creative and unique ideas that I can bring to the table. I am in the business of creating fabulous events, so I can’t afford mediocrity… it’s my job to make an event something guests will never forget. And as far as I am concerned, it starts with the details. Whether it’s a new color combination, a creative way to display escort cards, or an unusual room layout, the culmination of great details are what make a great event.

So as you read this blog, you’ll find lots and lots of details. Details that have inspired me, details from events I have planned, and details about my event design firm, The Celebration Studio. Happy reading!
