The Blissful Basics
Get started with the key elements of the planning process. We'll help you establish a budget, provide you with venue/vendor recommendations, and create a custom design & décor plan based on your overall vision.
You'll be the one responsible for managing vendor contracts and communication throughout the planning process, but we always remain available to answer questions or give advice.
One month prior to your event, we'll step back in and work with you to create a "day of" timeline, as well as hammer out logistics and a floor plan for the big day. We'll confirm arrival times and responsibilities with all of your vendors, so that you don't have to stress in the days leading up to your event.
Finally, The Celebration Studio will coordinate all of the "day of" details so that you can step back, relax and enjoy your hard work!

The Grand Plan
Take advantage of the support of a professional planner to help minimize the stress of planning your event. The Grand Plan is perfect if you would like to take an active role in the planning process, but need help with the time-consuming, nitty gritty details - from start to finish.
With this package, The Celebration Studio will be your partner in planning. We'll liaise with your vendors, attend key vendor appointments with you, manage contracts and lend an expert opinion on everything from venue selection and reception décor, to invitation wording and rehearsal dinner etiquette.
We'll work alongside you every step of the way to provide guidance and support, helping bring your vision to reality.
And we'll be on-site the day of your event to make sure everything goes smoothly, so that you don't have to worry about a thing!

The Whole Shebang
Let us worry about the entire planning process, so that you don't have to. The Whole Shebang is made for those who expect a high-caliber event, but don't necessarily have the time or physical proximity required to plan it. With this package, we'll take care of everything from concept to completion.
The Whole Shebang is perfect for:
- Couples planning a destination wedding who
need someone "on the ground" to manage
the entire planning process, vendor relations

- Couples planning a complete "wedding
weekend" incorporating multiple events such
as a welcome party, after party, or post-
