who we are A Colorado native, I was born and raised in Boulder. My college years were spent studying at the University of Wisconsin in Madison and at L'Universite de Sorbonne in Paris. After graduation, I moved to Chicago, where I had the privilege of helping with day-of coordination for the fabulous Birch Design Studio. Working on some very high-end weddings and events inspired me, and allowed me to gain invaluable experience in the industry. In addition to three years learning from the best of the best at Birch Design Studio, I founded a successful small business in 2006. Running this business provided me with experience in managing employees, negotiating contracts, creating vendor partnerships, and establishing a realistic operating budget..... all skills that contribute significantly to making me a more savvy event planner. After planning my own wedding in Vail, my husband and I moved back to Colorado and I founded The Celebration Studio. Life is short, and I decided that I wanted to spend my days doing what I love and what inspires me..... planning events is exactly that.Since starting The Celebration Studio, I've planned a variety of events including birthday parties, showers, charity events, holiday parties, commitment ceremonies and weddings. I accept a limited number of events at any given time, so that I can focus 100% on my clients - ensuring they receive an unparalleled level of service, and that their events are executed perfectly. I love what I do. Not only because this job incorporates many of my favorite things in life: planning, organization, creativity and working with others, but also because it doesn't feel like a job. I feel incredibly lucky to work with such wonderful people, and I thrive on the challenge of figuring out how to help turn their visions into a reality..... whether this involves getting permission from the City of Vail to plant a tree as part of a wedding ceremony, hammering out the logistics of a "rain plan" at an outdoor event for 400 guests, or figuring out where to find a white horse and Dhol Player for a traditional Hindu Baraat procession. The best part of my job is catching a glimpse of clients with smiles on their faces from across the room, overhearing guests gushing about what an amazing event they are attending, and receiving a heartfelt "thank you" and "we couldn't have done it without you" after it's all over. how we think At The Celebration Studio, we take pride in our reputation as an event planning and design firm that consistently delivers imaginative, unique and memorable events. We're not afraid to challenge traditional assumptions when designing an event - as the saying goes, "the power is in the unexpected". At the same time, we value the longstanding traditions that are an integral part of most celebrations. We make it our mission to marry the old with the new, the modern with the traditional, and the casual with the elegant. This allows us to create events that are high-impact, while at the same time remaining very personal. We'll start by getting to know you - and your vision - for the event. This knowledge will be our guiding inspiration throughout the process, and we make it a high priority to ensure that every aspect of your event is infused with your personality and creative vision.Once the planning process is underway, we'll do everything we can to make it enjoyable for you. We know how stressful planning an event can be. The Celebration Studio will minimize this stress by moving planning responsibilities off of your plate, and onto ours. We'll keep you up-to-date on all of the progress we're making, so that you don't have to wonder whether something has been done. And when the time comes, we'll oversee your event, so that you can take a step back and just enjoy it. Whether hosting an intimate affair at your home, celebrating a bar/bat mitzvah, organizing a fundraising gala for several hundred guests, or planning the wedding of your dreams, you can rest assured that your event will be fabulous when working with The Celebration Studio.

The Blissful Basics

Get started with the key elements of the planning process. We'll help you establish a budget, provide you with venue/vendor recommendations, and create a custom design & décor plan based on your overall vision.

You'll be the one responsible for managing vendor contracts and communication throughout the planning process, but we always remain available to answer questions or give advice.

One month prior to your event, we'll step back in and work with you to create a "day of" timeline, as well as hammer out logistics and a floor plan for the big day. We'll confirm arrival times and responsibilities with all of your vendors, so that you don't have to stress in the days leading up to your event.

Finally, The Celebration Studio will coordinate all of the "day of" details so that you can step back, relax and enjoy your hard work!

The Grand Plan

Take advantage of the support of a professional planner to help minimize the stress of planning your event. The Grand Plan is perfect if you would like to take an active role in the planning process, but need help with the time-consuming, nitty gritty details - from start to finish.

With this package, The Celebration Studio will be your partner in planning. We'll liaise with your vendors, attend key vendor appointments with you, manage contracts and lend an expert opinion on everything from venue selection and reception décor, to invitation wording and rehearsal dinner etiquette.

We'll work alongside you every step of the way to provide guidance and support, helping bring your vision to reality.

And we'll be on-site the day of your event to make sure everything goes smoothly, so that you don't have to worry about a thing!

"We first met Brooke about a year before our wedding and by the time we got to our special day, she was part of our family. From the first time I spoke to Brooke over the phone I could tell that she understood exactly what I wanted and the vision that I had for my wedding. I should start out by saying that planning a traditional Indian wedding is no small feat. We had 5 days of events, 300 guests and an endless number of traditions and rituals. On top of that, mine was the first wedding in our family and none of us had any idea what we were doing. As soon as we met Brooke, we knew we would be in good hands. She took care of everything for us. Her organization is impeccable and she kept us on track each step of the way so that at no point did we feel rushed or stressed. Her attention to detail was just as impressive and she made us plan for things we never would have thought of on our own. But throughout it all, she never once forced her opinions or ideas on us - she only guided us with her expertise. When the wedding finally arrived, everyone commented on how calm we all were. "Brooke was absolutely amazing to work with. I am definitely lacking in the area of wedding know-how and didn't always know what I wanted, let alone what decisions needed to be made! Brooke was right there with me every step of the way, always willing to lend a hand when I had no idea what to do! She made it easy for me to make the decisions I needed to, without just making them for me.

And when it came to the big day, she was a nervous bride's dream! I have never done this before and had no idea what to do, but Brooke was really on top of all the details, and all my nervousness melted away. She was so calm and I have no idea how, but everything went off without a hitch. Everyone was where they needed to be, and it was beautiful!
