Located in Alexandria, Kentucky, the small event space at The Celebration Studio is the perfect location for holding your next special event or celebration! Great for personal, family or business events and everything in between, our flexible space can accommodate all of your celebration needs!


Our banquet hall is very versatile, can accommodate up to 50 people and you are welcome to bring in your own food, drinks and alcohol if you choose, as well as decorate the facility to match your celebration!

From birthday, anniversary, graduation, retirement and holiday parties to celebrations such as bridal showers and baby showers, gender reveals or family gatherings and reunions, the possibilities are endless.


Functions such as banquets and fundraisers also work well in the space, as well as corporate events, business trainings, seminars or mixers. Additionally, the space is available to rent for hosting classes, meetings or to use as a provisional studio for photography or commercials. 

Location & Parking
  • Located in Campbell County at 7718 Alexandria, KY 41001 on US 27 across from KFC and Kindercare

  • Approximately one mile from Alexandria Village Green Shopping Center

  • Private parking in our back lot with space for about 22 vehicles. You can rest assured that your vehicle will be safe and secure while you enjoy your time with us.

  • Small parking area in front of the building where you can park to unload any supplies, decorations, food, etc.

  • To get to the back lot:  Turn into our driveway and then drive around the building to access the back-lot parking are

  • Bring in your own decorations and decorate yourself or use the studio as it’s currently decorated

  • Decorations with live flame, such as lit candles on tables, countertops or sparklers are not permitted due to fire code safety

  • Candles on cakes are permitted

  • To affix decorations to the wall, painter’s tape is permitted

  • Tacks, staples, nails, tape or putty, command strips, etc. that will damage the wall are not allowed

  • Push pin/clips are provided to hang items on the bulletin boards

  • Linens and extra tables can be brought into the space by the renter, but are not provided by the Celebration Studio

  • The Celebration Studio staff will put up tables and chairs before your arrival. Typical arrangement includes six 8 ft. tables and 48 chairs set-up with three tables located on each side of the room.

  • Additionally, two 6 ft. tables, an 8 ft buffet table, a card table, a small wood table and display shelf are set up for food, drinks, gifts, etc.

  • Television and Bluetooth speaker are set-up and ready to use.

  • Kitchen facilities include a sink, microwave, coffee maker & small refrigerator, as well as a kitchen island and bar/serving area.

  • Standing and tabletop galvanized bins for drinks and ice are also available and set up for your use.

  • The renter is responsible for all clean-up of the facility.

  • Responsibilities include picking up, bagging, and putting all trash generated by all activity in any way connected with its use of the facility in the proper receptacle, leaving the facility clean and free of all trash and litter, as well as cleaning off the tables, chairs, countertops, etc. and removing all items personally brought in by the renter or guests.

  • The venue must be left in same condition after the event as the same clean condition in which it was found upon arrival.
